Retail Sales Consultant - JACKSONVILLE, FL

About the role

Our part-time Retail Sales Consultant position lets you optimize your earning potential by working during the store’s busiest times, including evening and weekend hours. Bilingual Spanish/English speakers are especially encouraged and may receive additional starting pay. Your goal is to create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise, helping them with AT&T’s latest devices and services while meeting sales targets and earning commission.

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product options.
• Build meaningful connections and deliver personalized sales expertise.
• Participate in community events.
• Fill online orders.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Meet sales targets and earn commission through AT&T’s full suite of products.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training is provided for those without sales experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred (additional starting pay available).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends.
• Flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving technology.
• Eligibility for monthly seniority‑based schedules released two weeks in advance.

Pay

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $44,000 and $75,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and
