Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, where your drive and passion for helping people will shine. You’ll engage with the community through events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Schedule

You’ll work a schedule between 9 AM–9 PM, including weekends, to be available when customers need you. Monthly seniority-based schedules are posted two weeks in advance.

This is a fast-paced environment, and flexibility will help you stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Pay

Retail Sales Consultants earn between $16.93–$20.82 per hour, plus $13,700+ in commission if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn up to $62,460 per year. Individual starting pay within this range may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
