You’ll serve as an in-store brand ambassador, selling industry-leading connectivity solutions while creating lifelong customers through exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Connection builder: Engage with customers, listen to their needs, and provide personalized guidance to help them find the right products and services. Create a positive and welcoming environment as the first point of contact.
• Store Expert: Maintain deep product knowledge and stay updated on the latest trends in telecommunications and mobile technology. Educate customers about available options and recommend the best solutions for their needs.
• Problem Solver: Assist customers with billing, service-related questions, and account clarity. Process payments, exchanges, and equipment issues efficiently. Troubleshoot technical problems to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Brand Ambassador: Embody the Optimum brand by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in all interactions. Represent company values and create a lasting positive impression.
• Team Builder: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Share knowledge, assist with complex inquiries, and foster a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of retail selling experience.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
• For some locations, ability to travel to other stores within 35 miles (discussed during interview).

Physical Abilities

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Potential for lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work full time and weekends as necessary.
