Retail Sales Consultant
Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be part of one of the largest sales channels in the company, forging powerful connections with our customers and delivering an unparalleled partner and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Connection builder: Create a positive and welcoming environment, engage with customers, listen to their needs, and provide personalized guidance.
- Store Expert: Educate customers about our products and services, stay updated with industry trends, and recommend the best solutions.
- Problem Solver: Assist with billing and service-related questions, process payments and exchanges, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Brand Ambassador: Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm, embodying the Optimum brand and creating a lasting impression.
- Team Builder: Work closely with colleagues, share knowledge, assist with complex inquiries, provide backup support, and foster a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of retail selling experience.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a knack for working independently.
- Proficient in computer and technical skills.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Full-time availability, including weekends.
