About the role
Every day you'll be at the center of creating meaningful connections with customers. Your goal is to guide them through their options using a consultative sales approach, leveraging AT&T's full suite of products.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through product options using a consultative approach
- Participate in community events and fill online orders
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Work flexible hours between 9am-9pm, including weekends
- Work in a fast-paced environment, staying current with evolving technology and customer needs
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- No prior sales experience necessary; training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Consultative selling skills

Earnings range from $14.25 - $16.57 per hour plus $13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met. Top earners can earn up to $62,460 per year.
Schedule
Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance. Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
