About the role
Every day you'll be at the center of creating meaningful connections with customers. Your goal is to guide them through their options using a consultative sales approach, leveraging AT&T's full suite of products.
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
- Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
- Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- No prior sales experience? We'll provide the tools, training, and coaching needed to help you succeed.

Pay
Earnings range from $16.25 to $17.65 per hour, with potential for uncapped commissions leading to salaries up to $62,460 per year.
Schedule
Flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
