Pay

The Retail Sales Consultant earns between $17.12 - $21.50 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Commission opportunities are uncapped, potentially earning top sellers up to $62,460 per year.

Schedule

Schedules are between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
