About the role
Join the Retail team at AT&T, where you'll connect customers to their next solution by simplifying and enhancing the AT&T experience. You'll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, leveraging your tech savvy, creativity, resourcefulness, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through product options using a consultative sales approach
- Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, to be available when customers need you
- Adapt to changing environments and technologies to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service

Pay
Earn between $44,000 to $63,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
Schedule
Flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
