About the role
Every day you’ll be at the center of creating meaningful connections with customers. You’ll guide them through options using a consultative sales approach, leveraging AT&T’s full suite of products to bring friends, families, and communities closer together.
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
- Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
- Be adaptable to changing environments and technologies.
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
Requirements
No prior sales experience is required. Training and coaching will be provided to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Pay
Earnings range from $14.25 - $16.57 per hour plus $13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met. Top sellers can earn up to $62,460 per year.
Schedule
Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance. The schedule includes weekends and varies based on location.
