About the role

The Retail Sales Consultant position at Town of Lynnfield, Massachusetts offers a unique opportunity to connect customers to the latest AT&T technology while fostering a positive and engaging environment.

Responsibilities

- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product options. - Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls. - Work flexible hours, including weekends, from 9am-9pm. - Adapt to a fast-paced environment and be open to change. - Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training is provided for those without experience.

Pay

- Base pay range: $52,000 to $63,000 - Uncapped commission opportunities - Specific $3,000 Sign On Bonus for external candidates

Schedule

- Flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends - Monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance
