Retail Sales Consultant - Allen Park, MI (Bilingual/Spanish)

About the role

We are Millennium Wireless Technology, AT&T’s Premier Authorized Retailer. We have been serving people in our communities for almost 30 years! We started with one location and currently operate 19 locations in Michigan, 10 locations in Wisconsin, 12 Locations in New York, 6 Locations in New Jersey and 12 Locations in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Represent the award-winning Direct TV and AT&T services to local residents.
• Upgrade cell phones, choose different packages, buy new cell phones, purchase accessories, and change home services.
• Work in beautifully designed stores that make you feel proud of your work environment.
• Receive a flexible full-time schedule designed to give you work-life harmony while interacting with customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA Preferred
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Minimum of 1 year of proven work history & success in Retail Sales or business that directly deals with customers
• Physical Capacity: The ability to work 40+ hours each week consistently, to travel to local events, setup and tear down, stand on your feet all day, etc.

Pay

Compensation Range: $32,405 - $80,218

Commission Structure: Unlimited Commission Potential
