Retail Sales Consultant - Dearborn, MI (Bilingual/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Helping customers with their cell phone needs, upgrades, and services
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with product demonstrations and sales
• Managing inventory and keeping the store organized
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• BS/BA Preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of proven work history & success in Retail Sales or business that directly deals with customers
• Physical Capacity: Ability to work 40+ hours each week consistently, to travel to local events, setup and tear down, stand on your feet all day, etc.
• Fluent in Spanish and English

Pay

Compensation range: $32,405 - $80,218
