About the role

This role requires a passion for service and the ability to model this behavior across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Ensure impeccable customer experience by developing and maximizing relationships.
- Utilize all tools and skills learned in the CHEF’STORE Way training.
- Perform sales and cash functions in the POS efficiently and accurately.
- Scan merchandise, weigh product, and verify barcodes.
- Transfer carts and inspect products for tampering.
- Verify cart contents and assist customers during checkout.
- Perform store opening and closing functions as assigned.
- Manage inventory by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and reporting low stock levels.
- Replenish sales floor daily, ensuring FIFO compliance.
- Assist with price changes and participate in inventory and cycle count processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, including parking lots and store entry areas.
- Interact with customers and other service providers.
Requirements
- Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience.
- Minimum one year retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Desire and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Good, solid common sense and logical thinking.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with general office equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform other physical tasks as required.

Pay
$18.65 starting pay, with potential for increase based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
