Responsibilities

• Ensure impeccable customer experience by developing and maximizing relationships.
• Utilize all tools and skills learned in the CHEF’STORE Way training.
• Perform sales and cash functions in the POS efficiently and accurately.
• Scan merchandise, weigh product, and verify barcodes.
• Transfer carts and inspect products for tampering.
• Verify cart contents and assist customers during checkout.
• Perform store opening and closing functions as assigned.
• Manage inventory by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and reporting low stock levels.
• Replenish sales floor daily, ensuring FIFO compliance.
• Assist with price changes and participate in inventory and cycle count processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including parking lots and store entry areas.
• Interact with customers and other service providers.

Requirements

• Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience.
• Minimum one year retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Desire and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Good, solid common sense and logical thinking.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with general office equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform other physical tasks as required.

Pay

$18.65 starting pay, with potential for increase based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Part-time, 20-30 hours per week, with frequent weekend work required.
