About the role
Oversee all functions of Saint Luke's East Hospital gift shop. Responsible for retail operations and volunteer staff.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary for inventory purchasing, pricing, merchandising, marketing, inventory control, financial functions, vendor relations and volunteer staff training.
- Oversight and assistance to Gift Shop and Gift Cart volunteers.
- Purchase merchandise, check in merchandise, submit invoices for payment, keep track of back orders, train volunteers on gift shop procedures, participate in Gift Shop Meetings, know inventory levels, assist in Gift Shop during busy periods of the day, keep Gift Shop and storage areas organized.
