About the role

Sales Associates deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding products, offering solutions, and managing returns or online pickups. They contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and fun retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Multitask across cashier, sales, and merchandising duties
• Respond promptly to customer needs
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
• Handle store tasks such as cleaning and stocking
• Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
• Climb ladders and stand for extended periods
