Retail Sales Associate - Farm (East Location)

About the role

We are seeking a Full-Time Farm Associate to join our dynamic team in Great Falls, MT. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, generate sales, and maintain a clean and organized department.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Generate sales and suggest products
• Stock and merchandise the department
• Maintain a clean and organized department
• Safeguard company assets
• Work all scheduled shifts between Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm
• Work weekends and certain holidays as needed
• Flexibility in scheduling based on business needs

Requirements

• Willingness to share credit, work with others, and define success collectively
• Drive to be dependable and perform well against expectations
• Ability to work independently or in a group setting
• Committed to providing phenomenal customer service
• Good communication skills and ability to engage with customers regularly
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of fencing, livestock handling, stock tanks, and tractor implements preferred
• Ability to become forklift certified (must be 18+)
• Previous merchandising experience helpful
• Ability to educate and assist customers on North 40 brands
• Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques
• Physical ability to lift and carry various weights as described above
• Spending 100% of work time on your feet, including use of ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks
