Promotions & Sales

• Promoting and selling Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products to guests
• Assists studio manager with retaining current memberships

Customer Service

• Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customers questions and needs
• Answers phone calls, books appointments, and enthusiastically greets guests

Administrative Tasks

• Affords guests records and surveys
• Prepares guests records for services

Special Events

• Participates in special events to promote studio

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Maintains cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby, studio and public areas (including restroom)

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, responsible, punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
• Ability to problem-solve in a timely manner and communicate professionally and effectively with team members and guests
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Salon/front desk/MindBody POS system experience a plus
