Retail Sales Associate - Clothing (West Location)

About the role

We are seeking a Full-Time Clothing Associate to join our dynamic team at North 40 Outfitters in Spokane, WA. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a passionate and hardworking community.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and generate sales
• Suggest products and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Stock and merchandise the clothing department
• Maintain a clean and organized department
• Safeguard company assets
• Work flexible hours between Monday through Saturday 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm, including weekends and holidays
• Perform tasks independently or as part of a team
• Work in a fast-paced environment while remaining focused and detail-oriented
• Educate and assist customers on the brands we sell
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 55 lbs as needed

• Good communication skills and the ability to engage with customers regularly
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Previous merchandising experience is helpful
• Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques
