Retail Sales Associate - Footwear (West Location)

We are seeking a Full-Time Footwear Associate to join our dynamic team at North 40 Outfitters in Spokane, WA. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment where you can make a meaningful impact on our customers' experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving issues, and making recommendations.
• Generate sales by actively promoting products and engaging with customers.
• Stock and merchandise the footwear department to ensure a visually appealing and organized space.
• Maintain a clean and organized department, ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Safeguard company assets by adhering to security protocols and reporting any discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Ability to work all scheduled shifts between Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm, which may include weekends and certain holidays.
• Flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
