The Retail Sales Assistant, Jewelry (Jewelry Stylist) role at Brilliant Earth provides an exceptional experience for every customer. This position assists customers in finding their best jewelry match from our luxury product line, guiding them through multiple purchasing decisions and creating personalized experiences.

Responsibilities

• Utilize sales strategies and problem-solving techniques to assist and guide customers through purchasing decisions.
• Proactively greet, check-in, and assist customers in the purchasing process, ensuring a memorable, one-on-one experience.
• Manage a high volume of sales leads to meet individual and team goals and revenue targets.
• Respond to online customer inquiries and provide sales assistance through live chats and phone calls, maintaining a luxury customer experience.
• Develop and demonstrate product knowledge related to diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry.
• Conduct post-sale appointments to assist and educate customers returning for pick-ups, exchanges, and other inquiries.
• Call customers to confirm showroom appointments and answer any pre-appointment questions.
• Review customer feedback surveys and online reviews, working with leaders to improve the customer experience and sales performance.
• Use the ERP system to manage tasks and communicate cross-functionally.
• Showcase the brand as an advocate, sharing our mission of creating a more sustainable, transparent, and compassionate jewelry industry.

The ideal candidate will be available for a full-time schedule that includes weekend days and will be compensated at a targeted budget of $20 per hour, which may be adjusted at any time.
