RETAIL SALES AND MERCHANDISING ASSOCIATE

Major Responsibilities

• Aid customers with a variety of computer and electronics purchases.
• Maintain product knowledge and participate in ongoing sales, vendor, and product training.
• Ensure a clean work area and perform merchandising tasks such as processing freight and completing markdowns.
• Participate in open and closing procedures and support store operations by maintaining loss prevention awareness.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent with one year of related experience in a customer service or similar role.
• Passion for technology and commissioned sales experience is preferred.
• Sincere interest in assisting customers in selecting products that meet their needs.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for prolonged periods.

Shifts

• Incorporates hours before and after the store opens to the public.
• Includes mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
