Retail Sales Advisor - Part Time

Pay

Hourly rate: £10.85 – £12.71. Includes uncapped commission; many part‑time Retail Sales Advisors earn an additional £876.00 pro rata each month. Guaranteed commission of £400 pro rata per month for the first three months.

Schedule

24 hours per week across 3 days. Part‑time hours designed to fit around study, family life, or other commitments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home.
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications.
• Work towards individual sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a 5‑star customer experience.
• Maintain showroom appearance through general housekeeping, cleaning, and moving furniture as needed.
• Help ensure showrooms are warm, friendly, and safe environments for everyone.
• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of all Poltronesofà products and services.
• Undertake other duties as required in keeping with the general nature of the role.
