About the role
The Seasonal Rental & Retail Supervisor supports the Senior Rental & Retail Manager with the daily operation of Powder Mountain’s resort-side rental, retail, Tune Shop, and boot fitting operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising daily operations, developing employees, supporting scheduling and buying, and helping establish strong technical programs and service standards. A key focus of this position will be helping build Powder Mountain’s boot fitting program and developing the resort-side Tune Shop team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of rental, retail, Tune Shop, and boot fitting teams
- Develop employees through training and coaching
- Support scheduling and inventory management
- Help establish and maintain strong technical programs and service standards
- Build and develop Powder Mountain’s boot fitting program
- Develop the resort-side Tune Shop team
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail, rental, or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
