Retail Program Supervisor

Coolray is seeking a Retail Program Supervisor to oversee our growing retail partnerships across ten Home Depot locations in the Nashville market. This role is ideal for an experienced retail leader ready to manage multiple locations, teams, and business growth while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

About the Role

You'll spend your time coaching retail representatives, supporting store performance, recruiting top talent, partnering with retail management, and ensuring every location excels. This dynamic position offers variety—one day you may coach a top performer, the next you could recruit new talent, support a retail event, or help a location improve results.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Retail Sales Representatives
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard top talent
• Conduct regular visits to all assigned retail locations
• Drive team performance through coaching, accountability, and recognition
• Partner with Home Depot and Costco leadership to strengthen relationships
• Manage schedules, staffing levels, and event coverage
• Monitor KPIs, lead generation goals, and overall program performance
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and conversion
• Support new store launches, promotional events, and seasonal initiatives
• Resolve operational challenges while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Create an engaging, energetic culture focused on growth and results

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience preferred
• Multi-location leadership experience is a plus
• Recruiting, interviewing, and coaching experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel daily between assigned retail locations
• Flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Physical Requirements
