About the role
We're seeking a dynamic leader to recruit, coach, and manage retail teams supporting major programs inside Home Depot and Costco locations. Ideal candidates have experience as an Assistant Store Manager, retail lead, field trainer, or staffing coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Travel between stores to build strong teams and keep operations running smoothly
- Recruit, train, and motivate retail teams
- Manage schedules, events, and store support operations
- Coach employees to perform at a high level
- Build relationships with retail managers and field teams
- Support exciting retail events and activations
- Manage company vehicle
- Grow into larger leadership roles
Requirements
- Experience as an Assistant Store Manager, retail lead, field trainer, or staffing coordinator
- High energy and ability to motivate teams
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable with travel and fast-paced environments
Qualifications

Physical Demands / Work Environment
Standing for sustained periods of time, walking and moving about on foot to interact with customers. The work environment can be loud, fast-paced, and involve long periods of time walking around a retail environment.
