Retail Production Manager

Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, is seeking a Retail Production Manager to oversee the production workflow of an assigned store location, ensuring optimal performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production workflow of the assigned store to achieve profitability, productivity, and customer goals.
• Use informational tools and software systems to maintain an efficient workflow for automotive technicians.
• Assist in diagnosing and repairing difficult vehicles to further train and develop staff.
• Support the Store Manager with recruiting, training, motivating, developing, and retaining qualified employees to ensure high performance and quality service.
• Deliver quality work on time to customers to drive long-term sales and profit growth.
• Respond to questions, problems, and requests in an attentive, helpful, and timely manner.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to OSHA rules, hazardous waste protocols, and safety regulations (e.g., wearing safety glasses, filing paperwork).
• Maintain all store equipment and vehicles while following safety rules and regulations.
• Assume additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• 3-5 years of industry/retail experience.
• 4-8 ASE certifications.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

• Advanced understanding of the automotive tire and auto service industry.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management skills.
• Working knowledge of VAST, Microsoft Office, and internal software applications.
