What You'll Do

• Prepare handcrafted confections using Kilwins' trusted recipes and time-honored production methods.
• Cook caramel, fudge, brittles, caramel corn, and other signature products.
• Safely operate production equipment, including traditional copper kettles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Absorb and assist with packaging, stocking, and other production tasks as needed.

What We Offer

• Starting pay of $18.00 per hour, plus tips
• Primarily daytime hours with a schedule that includes weekends and occasional evening shifts

Applicants must be at least 18 years old to safely operate production equipment, including traditional copper kettles.
