Retail Precision Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, technical expertise, and agronomic knowledge to a team of precision agronomy specialists in a given territory.
• Provide leadership in areas of training, sales, and implementation of the Nutri-Track program.
• Promote nutrient stewardship and variable rate nutrient management to MFA staff and customers in the given territory.
• Assist wholesale agronomy staff and retail locations with equipment maintenance, calibration, and repairs.
• Help with the acquisition and placement of precision agronomy specialist talent.
• Create synergy between precision personnel and Crop-Trak staff.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Agronomy required - M.S. preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Strong background in in sales management, precision agronomy consulting, and crop advising
• Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification preferred
