Essential Job Functions
- Provide support and education to patients on their medications.
- Manage staff pharmacist and technicians, if applicable.
- Motivate, inspire, and develop the pharmacy staff by maximizing colleagues' strengths and weaknesses.
- Address knowledge gaps by increasing knowledge through education and training.
- Perform pharmacy operational management and oversight, including:

Requirements
- Required Education & Licenses: Bachelor of Science or PharmD in Pharmacy degree from an accredited university; required licensing/credentialing/certification as established by federal and state regulations in the state in which you are practicing.
- Preferred Experience and Skills: Previous management experience in a retail pharmacy setting, 340B knowledge is a bonus but not required; 3 years related pharmacy experience; immunization certification is preferred; planning and implementation of growth strategies for your pharmacy; excellent oral and written communication skills; exceptional patient service skills.
