Retail Part Time Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Assists the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) and Store Manager (SM) in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Effectively supervises Sales Associates during shifts, addressing potential issues in line with LEGO policies and procedures, with support from the ASM and SM.
• Completes orders for store and office supplies following guidelines and operating budgets.
• Ensures money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Maintains a well-organized stockroom, ensures all available products are merchandised on the shop floor, and achieves loss prevention targets.
• Assists the ASM and SM in achieving high standards of merchandise presentation according to store guidelines.
