The Retail Team Lead at Office Depot is a part-time role responsible for providing "total solutions" to customers, covering products, technology, services, furniture, and print offerings. Responsibilities
Support efficient operation of the Print Services area, ensuring correct and timely completion of customer orders.
Operate and assist associates with all equipment in the Print Services area.
Communicate effectively to request assistance and coordinate service for customers.
Ensure operational efficiency by processing merchandise accurately and adhering to established procedures and deadlines.
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and inefficiencies.
Contribute to increasing sales and profitability through conversion, AOV, and customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.
Engage clients positively and enhance the customer experience through coaching and training.
Participate in community outreach initiatives to retain clients.
Develop personal selling skills and product knowledge using provided tools.
Perform External Key Carrier responsibilities, including opening and closing the store, and assist in cash handling and audits.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in related fields, such as sales or customer service.
Basic computer skills and ability to use computers and technology for information access.
Advanced selling skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to assist others in a professional environment.
Pays close attention to detail to ensure high-quality production in the Print Services area.
