Retail Part Time Team Lead
About the role
The Retail Team Lead at Office Depot is a part-time role responsible for providing "total solutions" to customers, covering products, technology, services, furniture, and print offerings. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, supporting sales, engaging with the local community, and contributing to a positive culture aligned with the Office Depot 5C values.
Primary Responsibilities
Print Sales and Services: Support efficient operation and drive store sales in the Print function. Operate and assist associates on all equipment within the Print Services area, ensuring correct and timely completion of customer orders.
Operational Efficiency: Accurately process merchandise, adhere to procedures, deadlines, and visual merchandising standards. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and inefficiencies.
Client Engagement: Drive client satisfaction by coaching and training associates to enhance the customer experience. Support community outreach initiatives to retain clients.
External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: Ensure building and associate safety during absence of management. Participate in opening/closing responsibilities, including monitoring key performance indicators, reviewing cash handling, and assisting with cash office audits.
Education & Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with 1-3 years of related experience, preferably in sales or customer service. Basic computer skills and ability to use job-related technology and POS systems are required.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule
The salary range for this role is $13.92/hour to $23.10/hour, with compliance with state and local minimum wages.
