Retail Part-Time Store Associate, Fabletics (The Shops at Mission Viejo, CA)

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values while providing insight to customers on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to improve the shopping journey.
• Actively participate in feedback loops to continuously improve business operations.
• Strive to meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales goals and contribute to overall store success.
• Ensure all safety and security standards are met; identify and communicate potential issues.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including unpacking boxes (10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, pilates, weight training, running, or nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, move constantly, and perform tasks involving reaching, grabbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing ladders.
• Must be 18 years or older.
