Fabletics Retail Store Manager, (Mission Viejo - Mission Viejo, CA)

About the role

Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Retail Store Manager for their store at Mission Viejo, CA. This position reports to the Regional Director and is part of a close-knit team focused on hitting ambitious targets and advancing the business.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train store Associates and Supervisors
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store environment
• Direct the daily activities of Store Supervisors and Associates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely and responsible outcomes
• Manage operational tasks related to Payroll, Inventory Management, and paperwork
• Develop and maintain store merchandising guidelines
• Participate in providing and nourishing feedback from all levels of the organization

Requirements

• 2+ years of working as a manager within a retail environment
• Knowledge & familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, etc.
• Ability to socially interact with Customers, Employees, and Business Partners
• Ability to work with large teams setting personal and professional goals
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, a good communicator with an innate ability to bring the best out in others
• Multi-tasking, setting priorities, and working well under pressure
• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours

Qualifications

• Comfortable with advanced spreadsheet models and analytics
• Experience with Excel, Outlook, and retail inventory and POS systems
