Fabletics is looking for a Part-Time Sales Lead to join our store at Streets at Southpoint in Durham, NC. This role focuses on delivering a best-in-class retail customer experience while supporting sales and operations. You’ll use cutting-edge technology to help customers shop seamlessly between our website and retail stores, working alongside the Store Manager and a team of associates to inspire customers to Live their Passion.
Responsibilities
- Embody our culture and values while providing insight to customers on how to Live their passion.
- Actively engage customers by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
- Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
- Train and provide immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat).
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to improve the customer’s purchase journey.
- Provide and receive feedback to continuously improve business operations.
- Strive for excellence in meeting store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
- Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
- Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
- Uphold all safety and security standards and report potential issues.
- Assist with unpacking inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs).
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of retail work experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, or nutrition.
- Ability to engage with customers, employees, and business partners both in-store and in the community.
- Experience working with large teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
- Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and the ability to bring out the best in others.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Physical Demands
- Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing for at least two consecutive hours.
- May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
