Retail Part-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Tysons Corner Center - Tysons, VA)

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for our store at Tysons Corner Center in Tysons, VA. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and operations, leveraging technology to bridge online and in-store shopping.

About the Role

As a Sales Lead, you’ll collaborate with a driven Store Manager, supervisors, and a passionate team to help customers live their passion. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter with high energy who enjoys engaging with people and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values, guiding customers on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers meaningfully by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide feedback to associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to improve shoppability and customer purchase journeys.
• Provide and act on feedback to continuously improve store operations.
• Strive to exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge for customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales targets and contribute to overall store goals.
• Uphold safety and security standards, reporting potential issues.
• Assist with unpacking inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices (e.g., yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a knack for bringing out the best in others.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to move constantly, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing ladders.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
