Retail Part Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Natick Mall - Natick, MA)

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for our store at Natick Mall in Natick, MA. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and operations, leveraging technology to bridge online and retail shopping.

About the role

As a Sales Lead, you’ll collaborate with a driven Store Manager and a passionate team to help customers live their passion. You’ll engage with customers, drive performance, and maintain store standards while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values, providing customers with insights on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers meaningfully by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide feedback to associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to improve shoppability and add value to the customer journey.
• Provide and receive feedback to continuously improve store operations.
• Strive to meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Assist with unpacking inventory boxes (10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail work experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of or familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, or nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, take initiative, and bring out the best in others.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to constantly move, talk, hear, reach, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing ladders.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
