Retail Part-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Burlington Mall - Burlington, MA)

About the role

Step into the role of Part-Time Sales Lead and take charge of delivering an exceptional, best-in-class customer experience while supporting both Sales & Operations. You will leverage cutting-edge technology to create a seamless shopping journey between online and retail stores. Collaborate with a driven Store Manager, dedicated leaders, and a passionate team of associates, all united in helping our customers live their passion. This position reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values and provide insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our product.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store environment, including store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback around our Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.).
• Work in coordination with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Actively participate in providing and nourishing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, as well as identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside of the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity, including the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
• Self-motivated, a good communicator with an innate ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours; open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

• Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

Salary between $18.50 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
