Retail Part-Time Sales Lead - Fabletics (Houston Premium Outlets - Cypress, TX)

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for our Houston Premium Outlets location in Cypress, TX. This role supports sales and operations, delivering a best-in-class retail experience while enabling seamless shopping between our website and store.

About the role

As the Sales Lead, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager, supervisors, and a team of associates to help customers Live their Passion. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable engaging the public in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values while guiding customers on product fit, function, and lifestyle benefits.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide feedback to associates on customer experience standards (e.g., Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to meet/exceed team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to improve the shopping journey.
• Contribute feedback to continuously improve store operations.
• Meet/exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, and quality.
• Serve as a product knowledge resource for customers and team members.
• Achieve personal sales goals and support team targets.
• Maintain safety and security standards; report potential issues.
• Assist with inventory unpacking (boxes may weigh 10–30 lbs).

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (e.g., yoga, cycling, Pilates, running, nutrition).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to take initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for 2+ hours, move constantly, and occasionally stoop, kneel, or climb ladders.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
