Retail Full-Time Sales Lead - Fabletics (Houston Premium Outlets - Cypress, TX)

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Houston Premium Outlets location in Cypress, TX. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and operations, leveraging technology to bridge online and in-store shopping.

About the role

As a Sales Lead, you’ll collaborate with a driven Store Manager, supervisors, and a passionate team to help customers live their passion. This is a high-energy role for a self-starter who enjoys engaging with people and working toward bold business goals. You’ll report directly to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values while providing customers with insights on living their passion.
• Engage customers meaningfully by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to simplify shopping and add value to the customer journey.
• Provide and act on feedback to continuously improve business operations.
• Strive for excellence in meeting store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Assist with inventory unpacking; boxes may weigh 10-30 lbs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of or familiarity with active lifestyle choices (e.g., yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Experience with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills and the ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical demands include constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
