Part-Time Retail Sales Lead - Fabletics (Las Americas Premium Outlets - San Diego, CA)

Fabletics is opening a new location at Las Americas Premium Outlets in San Diego, CA and is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and operations.

About the role

As a Sales Lead, you’ll leverage cutting-edge technology to create a seamless shopping journey between online and retail stores. Collaborate with a driven Store Manager, dedicated leaders, and a passionate team to help customers live their passion. This is a hands-on role reporting to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Actively engage customers by sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to improve the shopping experience.
• Provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager for continuous business improvement.
• Strive for excellence in meeting store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory (boxes may weigh 10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a retail environment; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store.
• Experience working with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
• Self-motivated, with strong communication skills and the ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Physical Demands

• Involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
