Retail Part Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Cherry Creek - Denver, CO)

Fabletics is looking for a Part-Time Sales Lead at our Cherry Creek location in Denver, CO. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and operations, leveraging technology to bridge online and retail shopping.

About the role

As a Sales Lead, you’ll collaborate with a driven Store Manager and a passionate team to help customers live their passion. You’ll use cutting-edge technology to create a seamless shopping experience and work with a tight-knit group to exceed KPIs and drive business growth. This position reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values while providing customers with insights on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers in meaningful ways by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide feedback to associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to improve the shopping experience.
• Provide and receive feedback to continuously improve business operations.
• Strive to meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Assist with unpacking inventory boxes (10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail work experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills and the ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Physical Demands

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
