Retail Part-Time Store Associate, Fabletics (Cherry Creek - Denver, CO)

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values while providing product insights to customers, including fabric, features, fit, and function.
• Engage customers in-store and through community events, promotions, and projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to improve shoppability and customer journey.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve business operations.
• Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to team targets.
• Maintain safety and security standards, reporting potential issues as needed.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including unpacking boxes (10–30 lbs).

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices (e.g., yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with customers, employees, and partners.
• Experience working in team environments and familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, move constantly, and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
