Retail Sales Lead, Fabletics (Cherry Creek - Denver, CO)

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our retail store at Cherry Creek in Denver, CO. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and operations, leveraging technology to bridge the gap between our website and retail stores.

As a Sales Lead, you’ll collaborate with a driven Store Manager, supervisors, and a passionate team to help customers live their passion. This is a high-energy role for a self-starter who thrives on engaging with people and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values while providing customers with insights on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers in meaningful ways by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide feedback to associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to ensure a seamless and valuable shopping experience.
• Actively participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to improve business operations.
• Strive for excellence in meeting store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including unpacking boxes (10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and the ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Skills

• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store.
• Experience working with large teams.
• Physical ability to constantly move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours.
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
