We are building a beloved brand across ecommerce, retail, design, and manufacturing, operating online and in a growing fleet of retail stores with multiple manufacturing studios that deliver high‑quality custom products at affordable prices with quick turnaround.

We're seeking a Keyholder who will bring energy, leadership, and a customer‑first attitude to our store team. As a trusted leader on the floor, you'll take on key‑holding responsibilities while delivering the kind of experience that keeps customers coming back. This role reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand in our retail stores
• Support onboarding and training great retail team members
• Execute and improve operational activities in our retail stores to ensure customer experience and financial goals are met
• Apply excellent listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach retail team members
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers and train retail team members to do the same
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues using sound judgment
• Offer suggestions to innovate and improve our retail experience
• Help Framebridge deliver on our 100% happiness guarantee
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends that meet the needs of the business

Requirements

• Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role
• An engaging personality with strong influence, interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills
• Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment
• Quick and eager learner of new tools, technology, products, and processes
• Great time‑management, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Degree in art, design, marketing or relevant fields preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Standing for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift)
• Light lifting (up to 30 lbs) — carrying frames, supplies, or packaging materials
• Bending, reaching, and light physical movement as needed in a retail or production environment

Pay

The base range is $20 – $20 per hour. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location. Framebridge, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role at the time of posting. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, and location. This range may be modified in the future.
