About the role

As a Retail Keyholder at Framebridge, you will set the standard for exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand in our retail stores. You will support onboarding and training great retail team members, execute and improve operational activities to ensure customer experience and financial goals are met, and apply excellent listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach retail team members.

• Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Preferred degree in art, design, marketing or relevant fields

Pay

The hourly range for this role is provided at the time of posting. Framebridge may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors such as relevant experience and skills, qualifications, and location, among others. This range may be modified in the future.

Schedule

This role is eligible to receive a cash bonus as part of the total compensation package. Details and eligibility will be discussed during the application process.
