About the role

Lead, support, and develop Pharmacy Managers, Staff Pharmacists, and Float Pharmacists to ensure pharmacy operations are safe, compliant, customer-focused, and financially successful. Drive consistent execution of company standards related to patient care, customer service, pharmacy operations, expense management, profitability, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with pharmacy leadership to achieve organizational goals
• Support and develop Pharmacy Managers, Staff Pharmacists, and Float Pharmacists
• Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Ensure pharmacy operations are safe, compliant, customer-focused, and financially successful
• Drive consistent execution of company standards related to patient care, customer service, pharmacy operations, expense management, profitability, and employee engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Current license to practice pharmacy in Minnesota
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy management experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Experience in retail pharmacy operations
• Knowledge of pharmaceuticals and drug interactions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
