Retail Merchandiser Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retail locations
• Build product displays and end caps
• Reset shelves and rotate merchandise
• Track inventory to support store and supplier sales opportunities
• Auxiliary with reporting and documentation
• Support employee training
• Auxiliary with scheduling activities
• Help onboard new team members
• Record completed work using a smartphone or tablet after each shift
• Follow established safety procedures in the retail environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to perform physical work, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Ability to lead and train team members
• Experience using a smartphone or tablet to record completed work
• Customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to follow safety procedures in a retail environment
