Retail Merchandiser Team Lead
About the role
Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build displays and end caps
- Reset shelves with product rotation
- Track inventory to optimize sales opportunities
- Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires
Requirements
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Must be 18 years or older
- Physical work of moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience
- Experience leading and training people
- Use smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
- Able to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
