About the Role

ESCO, a division of Eurpac Service, Inc., is seeking a part-time Base Manager to support Exchange locations at Langley AFB, Fort Eustis, and Yorktown NWS in Virginia. This role is ideal for a spouse, student, or retiree looking for a meaningful part-time opportunity within the Military Resale Channel.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks as assigned at Exchange locations, including but not limited to:
  • Call on Exchange locations and maintain proper call frequency
  • Sell and ensure proper shelf placement for all authorized items using provided tools
  • Fill store shelves with back-stock where opportunities exist
  • Secure and build displays as needed
  • Scan stores for missing items via hand-held device and obtain missing distribution
  • Conduct inventory checks and write orders for all VON-related items
  • Meet with store managers as scheduled by the Area Manager
• Manage shelf operations:
  • Facings, resets, and communication of auto-replenish issues
  • Pricing, coupons, and POG compliance
• Check code dates and ensure proper rotation; write up and return "out of dates" per manufacturer policies
• Communicate timely with the Area Manager using the outlined "best practice" method
• Sell promotions as directed and report results to the Area Manager
• Build displays and place point-of-sale materials as required
• Report low or out-of-stock issues to the Facility Manager
• Complete call reporting procedures using in-store technology
• Perform other projects or tasks as assigned by management

Working Conditions

• Build, install, and move (with assistance) racks weighing up to 100 lbs
• Build displays with case weights up to 40 lbs

• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening

Pay

$18 per hour for 20 hours per week.
